Order & Delivery

For retail orders, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Afterpay via our pament gateway. All payments are secure. Should you wish to pay via Direct Debit, please call our showrrom on 0431 523 250 to make arrangements.

For wholesale orders, if your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice attached. We accept Direct Debit or EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa only. Payment details are listed on your invoice. All payments are secure.

Retail orders over $300 are shipped free of charge* (going to NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD only). Orders under $300 will be charged a flat rate of $25/order*   

*Bulky items and delivery addresses in regional areas may incur additional freight charges. Should an additional freight charge be required, you will receive a separate invoice requiring payment prior to dispatch. Please see our Shipping FAQ for full information.

For wholesale orders, shipping will be calculated individually once order has been parked, based on the volume of your order, and included on your invoice.

International shipping can currently only be arranged by emailing with the items of interest and the delivery address. We will then obtain a freight cost via Australia Post for your consideration.

For retail orders, once you have successfully checked out, you will receive an automated response via the email address you entered. Once your ordered has been dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking reference. If you do not receive the confirmation email and/or tracking reference, please contact us at and we will happily follow it through for you.

For wholesale orders, once your order has been reviewed and approved by us, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached.  Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be reviewed. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders too, in case it is hiding there. If you do not receive the confirmation email and invoice, please contact us at and we will check that your order has gone through successfully.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Nambucca Heads, NSW within 2 business days after cleared funds are received. As freight is provided third party, no assurances can be made. Please use your tracking reference which you will receive via email once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us at should you experience any issues.

If you think the address may not be correct, contact us at or on 0431523250 immediately and we will do our best to assist. However, once your order has left the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us, you will be notified and required to pay any new shipping charges involved in resending the order.
