SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, your items will be dispatched from our Nambucca Heads store via standard shipping within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 1-2 extra days over public holidays and store closures for your items to be shipped. If you placed an order that requires a freight quote, your order will only be dispatched after we have contacted you with the freight quote and you have accepted and paid the additional freight charge.

. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your order’s delivery confirmation and the tracking reference.

– If you wish to collect your order from our Nambucca Heads store during business hrs, select “Local Pick-up” during check-out for zero shipping cost.

STANDARD RATES

Orders will be shipped at a flat shipping rate of $25 per order*. (excluding glass vessels)

For all glass vessels, a freight invoice will be sent separately.

**If you do not approve the freight charge we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

POST-PURCHASE FREIGHT QUOTES

Freight quotes will be sent separately after payment if an additional cost applies.
Flat shipping rates and free shipping is also dependent on location. Remote areas may incur extra shipping fees and be advised with additional payment required prior to dispatch.
